skills spells empower

The skills, spells, and empower commands are used to display your character's list of available skills (or spells/empowers as the case may be). They are listed in order of level, with mana cost (for spells/empowers) or percentage (for skills) listed where applicable. Add 'percents' to view your spells/empowers with the percentages listed. Add numerical values to view your skills/spells/empowers within a certain range of levels. For example, 'skills 20 25' will show all of the skills that you can obtained from levels 20 to 25. For all clans (except TOWER), clan powers are displayed through the empower command.
