Good aligns may use this command to request items off mobs who are good.
If the player is of sufficient rank they may be granted the item as an act
of mutual trust and goodness.
Only good aligned players may use request, and only with good aligned
creatures. Neutral and evil creatures will feel angered by such a demand
and turn on the requestor.
If a mob can not see an item it carries (such as it is blinded or the item
is invisible) then it will not hand it over, nor will mobs that can not remove
or drop an item be able to hand it over.
