()---+[ The Shrine of Wisdom ]+---() Zivilyn, the Tree of Life, has traditionally worked closely with Gilean to help Krynn and to balance the forces of light and darkness. The combination of Gilean's knowledge and Zivilyn's wisdom make this a perfect pairing. Zivilyn exists in all times and places simultaneously. He has the power to alter the general fate of the universe, but has the knowledge that it may not be wise to do so. However, seeing the fate of Krynn has made him decide that it would be wiser to intervene on the mortal plane, rather than only keep the balance in the heavens. Acting on his heart's feelings, he created the Shrine of Wisdom. Zivilyn's followers become infused with a very minor part of the god's essence. His power grants them abilities that no mortal possesses. They are branded with a special sign, showing the world that Zivilyn will no longer stand idly by while time passes in Krynn. They use their wisdom to keep the balance between light and dark, but also act more on their intuition and what their heart says. The priesthood has several goals, which are as follows: - To maintain the balance between good and evil, siding with whoever is weaker. - To protect and preserve nature, and help it to grow.
