This ability allows an assassin to make their body mimic a razorspine
boar, giving themselves a hardened, jagged spinal protrusion. The effects
of this spine is that surprise attacks on the assassin have a chance of
being deflected, and at the same time the attacker may take injury back
from the razorspine.
