Solace is a role-playing, player-killing MUD. We demand role-playing for everyone, and we do require that all characters have names which fit in with a medieval fantasy world. Your name should satisfy the following criteria: 1. It is a sensible name that fits the sort of character you wish to be. 2. It does not contain an implied title. (example: LordSoth) 3. It is not a joining of two names, such as JaneDoe. 4. It is not a word of *any* language being used as a name, or a variant of a common word, such as Nite. 5. It is not a name from famous movie, book or game series such as Raistlin or Drizzt. 6. Your name may not resemble an Immortal's name, or be the name of any god, Dragonlance inclusive. 7. Your name may not be the first letters of a direction: Wes, Eas, Nort, Sou, etc. 8. If you are asked to rename while playing, do so. We are asking for a reason.
