morgion 'black wind'
Morgion, Black Wind
Neutral Evil
Colours: deep brown and black
Morgion, god of disease and decay, refuses the company of the other gods
and does not discuss plans with them. Alone, Morgion broods in a bronze
tower at the edge of the Abyss, keeping thoughts secret from all but
loyal minions. Those unfortunate to encounter this reclusive god see a
rotting humanoid corpse--neither male nor female--topped with a goat's
head. Secrecy is Morgion's way, with distrust that rivals Sargonnas's.
In addition to most of the initial clerical spells, Morgion also grants
the powers of rot, plague, witherfist, shroud, summon, fatigue, expulsion,
and, enhanced damage. Morgion takes away the spells of cure light, cure
serious, cure critical, restoration, and cure disease. Also, clerics who
worship Morgion undergo a change in bodily constitution that gives them an
incredible affinity to diseases. This affinity causes them to be harmed by
all types of healing energy, but also causes them to be empowered and
rejuvenated by the affects of diseases.
* Please note: Although all clerics initially begin with the spells cure
light, cure serious, cure critical, restoration, and cure disease,
clerics who worship Morgion will lose these spells and ALL practices
sessions invested in these spells. You may choose to practice these
spells, but if you worship Morgion your practice sessions will be lost
permanently!
