Dark-Elves are renegade Elves who have turned their energy toward evil. They look exactly like regular Elves in every respect, but they are evil, dark-elves, cast out from the light. Like Elves, they can walk unnoticed and are not easily locatable, and they are magical and resistant to charm spells. Dark-Elves must remain evil to keep their magical abilities. Dark-Elves who have turned to good (or neutrality) are frowned upon. Necromancers who are dark-elves automatically have an innate mastery of the negative channel skill, and the prerequisite knowledge of soulbind, which other races must learn through mastery of negative channel. Elven fighterlikes are natural masters of swordsmanship, able to strike with their sword more often. Dark-elven fighters, when in berserking rage, are able to detect hidden foes.
