The tale of the Everman, Berem, is shrouded in legend and myth.
This song brings forth the power of the cursed man, and blesses the
bard with the Everman's curse/gift.
While under the affects of Berems Lamentation the bard will be
raised from the dead if killed. This is an immediate, unstoppable force.
The curse is that upon reviving, the bard will be faced with the same
danger that originally killed him or her, and must somehow overcome it
or be slain again.
The effects of Berems Lamentation are not truly as the original
Everman, as they work only once on the bard. After reviving from death
the revival affect is gone from the song's ablity and further kills
will result in normal death. Only when the full song has faded will
the bard be able to renew it again and obtain the revival effect once
more.
